We travel to various areas of the world searching for local traditions, unique ingredients and, ultimately, amazing people.

Our journeys can cover wide geographic areas, at times across multiple countries, or very specific towns. We don't always have leads into specific producers. That is why, in some cases, we come back home empty handed... in others, with amazing discoveries. In either case, we find our journeys personally enriching and so we like to tell you about them... almost as if you traveled there in person.
