Straight and Classic

OTTO can be sipped neat or on the rocks. We suggest a couple of ice cubes and a few drops of fresh lime juice. Served generally in a cordial glass or rocks glass.

 

Try OTTO as a fragrant, premium and hand-crafted alternative to your regular orange liqueur, triple-sec or elderflower liqueur.

CLASSIC COCKTAILS

(1 oz = 2 tablespoons)

OTTO Spritzer #1

​

2 oz scant OTTO

4 oz seltzer

1.5 oz lime juice

Build in tall glass with lots of ice

Garnish with rosemary sprig

Optional - Try adding a splash of either tequila blanco, scotch (yeap, that's right... scotch!) or bourbon

OTTO Spritzer #2

​

1 oz OTTO

1 oz sweet vermouth

2 oz tonic water

1 oz prosecco

Build in tall glass with lots of ice

Garnish with lemon peel and rosemary sprig

NEW For Cosmo lovers

​

1 oz OTTO

1 oz heap cranberry juice (unsweetened)

1 oz fresh lime juice

2 oz vodka

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with medium size ice

Shake, strain and serve in a martini glass

​

For Whiskey (or Scotch) Lovers #1

​

0.75 oz parts OTTO (add more OTTO for more fragrance and sweetness)

1 oz whiskey (we don't suggest using bourbon, scotch preferred)

Stir with ice, strain and serve

For Whisky Lovers #2

​

1.5 oz whiskey (we suggest non-smokey and non-peaty, bourbon preferred)

0.5 oz OTTO, Premium Bergamotto Liqueur

0.5 oz lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon scant honey

1 dash orange bitters

Stir honey into lemon juice until dissolved first

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve on ice

Garnish with lemon peel

For Gin Lovers #1

​

1.5 oz gin

1.5 oz OTTO

Garnish with orange peel

Stir with ice, strain and serve

For Gin Lovers #2

​

1.5 oz gin

0.75 oz OTTO

0.5 oz lemon juice

Garnish with lemon peel

Stir with ice, strain and serve

For Gin Lovers #3

​

1.5 oz gin

1 oz OTTO

1 oz mix of lime, orange and lemon juice

0.5 oz agave syrup (or half teaspoon honey)

Dissolve syrup or honey into citrus mix

Shake all ingredients with ice

Strain and serve on big ice in a tall glass

Top with ginger beer

Add two drops of cardamon or aromatic bitters on top, no stirring

Garnish with lime wheel

For Tequila Lovers #1

​

2 oz tequila blanco

1 oz OTTO

1 slice orange

Stir with ice, strain and serve​

For Tequila Lovers #2, a twist to the Margarita

​

1.5 oz tequila blanco

0.75 oz OTTO

0.5 oz lemon juice

Shake with ice. Serve with ice​

Add agave syrup for sweetness (optional)

Rim glass with coarse salt

For Tequila Lovers #3, your regular and better Margarita

​

1.5 oz tequila blanco

0.75 oz OTTO

0.75 oz lime juice

Shake with ice. Serve with ice​

For Vodka Lovers

2 oz vodka

0.75 oz OTTO

0.5 oz lemon juice

Shake with ice, strain and serve​

Garnish with lemon peel

Bergamot Sangria

​

0.5 oz OTTO

4 oz Chianti red wine (or your choice of a red dry wine)

Add 1 lime wedge with a squeeze

Pour in glass with ice

For Coffee Lovers

​

2 oz vodka

0.5 oz OTTO

1 oz cold or room temperature coffee (espresso preferred)

1 teaspoon sugar

In shaker, mix sugar in coffee until dissolved

Add vodka, OTTO and medium sized ice

Shake, strain and serve up

Grate chocolate with a zester on top to garnish

Iced Tea and OTTO

2 oz OTTO

4 oz iced tea 

Add 1 lime wedge with a squeeze

Build in tall glass with lots of ice

A Refreshing Long Drink

​

3 oz OTTO

2 oz iced tea

2 oz lemonade

Add 1 lime wedge with a squeeze

Build in tall glass with lots of ice
